I would say you got another "nug" there! I say this because,
Jesus name in Hebrew matches that Gematria total of 391.
You just showed us another connection to the number 144. (see next post)

Melchizedek was Shem. (Jasher 16:11)
Melchizedek was also a "King Priest" office, rather
than just merely a person. Jesus Christ fills this King/Priest office.
